US Students: How To Apply

So, you've visited the Fulbright website, gone through the Thinking of Applying and the Participating Countries sections?

You've met with Professor Patrick McDevitt, the Fulbright Faculty Adviser?

Now, it is time to fill out your application, which can be done online at http://us.fulbrightonline.org/applynow.html.

The application process is fully explained at http://us.fulbrightonline.org/howtoapply.html. Prospective applicants should read all the accompanying information closely before filling out the application forms online.

Students generally have to provide a project proposal, a narrative curriculum vitae, three letters of reference, a foreign language evaluation form and a letter of affiliation if needed. Students in the creative and performing arts also have to submit a portfolio of their work.

The application process for the Fulbright runs from May to October.

The campus deadline for the 2008-2009 competition is September 24, 2007.
